Song Structure
The sequence of bars and their time signatures provide the timing structure of a song. All tracks, segments and events are placed, and worked on, within the context of this structure.
Songtrix can handle very flexible song structures, with a time signature or key signature change at each bar, if desired. Songs can be up to 999 bars long (typically an hour of music).
Bars can be inserted or deleted at any location in a song, and sections defined to reflect the divisions in the music.
All structural properties of the song are stored in the Control track. This track is not shown separately in the work sheet, but is defined by the song framework itself.
