The Printing Options property window is opened from the workspace using Options-Printing. It is also available using the Options button in Print Preview.
It contains several pages of settings, depending on the report type you are preparing, which control the content and layout of reports.
Each report type maintains an independent collection of settings. So for example, changing the footer text color in Chord Book reports does not affect the footer in Scale Chart reports.
All settings for a report type can be stored in a report template to be conveniently reloaded later. Template operations are accessed from the Select Report window.
Generally, it is best to update the printing options while in Print Preview, so that you can see the effect of your changes by pressing the Apply button.
