The Credits page appears in the Song Setup property window and also in the New Song process.
It lets you specify the title and authorship credits for the song, as well as general comments.
The title and key credits (Music By, Lyrics By and Copyright) appear in the song banner in work sheets and staff sheets.
If the song is packaged with Lock Credits protection, credits cannot be changed, and must appear in the footer of all reports.
