Songtrix includes comprehensive printing capabilities and several different report types.
Three report types - Staff Sheet, Lyric Sheet and Chord Sheet - print the current song, while the Network Page and Tutorials reports print other workspace content.
The report types available vary with the active view in the workspace, so they are always appropriate to your current activity. Most reports have a wide variety of Printing Options available to adjust their content and layout.
Printing functions can be accessed with three commands.
File-Print - directly prints a report.
File-Print Preview - shows a preview of a report, so you can check how it will look before printing.
Options-Printing - allows you to change the content and layout settings for a report.
The first step in each of these commands is the Select Report window, where you choose the type of report to print, and decide whether to preview or update the settings of the report.
Songtrix supports the preparation and printing of songs with a consistent visual style, by providing report templates. These are files which contain all the settings of a report design.
Once saved, report templates can be quickly reloaded to return all settings to the stored design.
