The Select Range window is opened from the workspace with the Edit-Select-Range command.

It allows you specify a range of the song to be selected.  This is particularly convenient for making selections within large songs.

There are also many other ways to select ranges, including the Edit-Select menu commands, and using the mouse or keystrokes in work sheets or staff sheets.

Controls

Track

Includes all tracks, or just the focus track, the selected range.

Entire Song

Includes the whole length of the song in the range.

Bar

Includes just the selected bar span in the range.

Marker

Includes just the selected section in the range.

Start

Closes the window and selects the range specified.

Cancel

Closes the window and returns to the workspace with no change in selection.
