The Relations Panel appears in Track View when a harmony track has the focus.

When the Chords track is selected, it is accompanied by the chord matrix and chord bar.  When the Scales track is selected, it is accompanied by the scale matrix and scale bar.

The relations panel displays the notes or degrees of the current chord or scale selection, and how it relates to the other.  If both tracks are not included in the song, one side or the other will be inactive.

The relations panel works in the same way as the Relations page of the Edit Chord or Edit Scale window.  It also contains a few adjustment controls.

Controls

Play Chord/Scale

These two buttons audition the sound of the current chord or scale.  They are inactive if there is no chord or scale present at the focus location.

Setup Chords/Scales

This button appears only once, but may be on either side, depending on whether the Chords or Scales track has the focus.  Opens the Track Setup window for this track.

Raise Inversion

Appears only if the Chords track has the focus.  Raises the inversion of the chord so it starts at the next highest possible bass pitch.

Lower Inversion

Appears only if the Chords track has the focus.  Lowers the inversion of the chord so it starts at the next lowest possible bass pitch.
