Styles are simply a specialized type of song. They can be opened within the Songtrix workspace and edited like standard songs, and you can create new styles with the New Song process.
The major difference inside styles is that they are not constructed as a continuous piece of music, but as a series of fragments, each labelled with a particular section marker.
The fragments provide an example of the events that should appear in the autostyle segments of songs to produce a rendition of the musical style it represents.
In the simplest case, a style can consist of a single bar of music, although quality styles will usually contain several sections for more sophisticated results.
This open and familiar structure makes it easy to design your own styles. You can then use them repeatedly in future song projects.
