Great software

Hi i love this software and i see techies proposing this and that but i hope it does not change too much and stays very much hands on as it is because it could end up going yamaheezi and too complex.Luckily i came along when the was not too many videos posted and now there are two more total 10 so i,m glad i caught up with the earlier ones first. Also i see people saying it is software for learning music theory and i would challenge that because if you have a good understanding of music theory your good to go with the software as i was but i would really have to go into it on a very simpler level if i wasn,t au fait with fairly advanced theory understanding.Having said that it could well be a case of this software being bought out ie taken over by a larger company like Sony did with SoundForge as it is superb.Thx again.
A couple of months on and i have made some very good tracks using Songtrix.I find it great for exporting a midi file into a workstation and the sound quality has been superb.
I know nothing of daws and cubase and i see users proposing this and that for songtrix to be of use with these formats. That takes me back to compatibility of the video players in the early day of betamax and vhs.i say Stick with songtrix and midi and workstations compatibility and forget daws and cubase....If cubase and daws want compatibility then let them do it to be compatible with songtrix and not songtrix to be compatible with them.Songtrix rules.
