The Publisher page is the third step in the Package Song and Upload Song processes, when the Apply Protection and Link To Publisher options are selected in the first step.

It allows you to select a ChordWizard Network member ID to embed into the packaged song.

This activates the Song-Publisher command, and the publisher icon in the song banner, both of which link back to the ChordWizard Network member profile that you select.

Songtrix is only aware of the ChordWizard Network members who have previously completed a successful login to Network View.

The names of these members are shown in the list.  If your member account does not appear here, you must return to the workspace and login to the ChordWizard Network first.

Once you have done this, your member name is known, and will appear in the Member Account list.  It can thereafter be used for the Link To Publisher feature whether you are currently logged in or not.
