Two-bar Repeat

I want to create a chord pattern which is spread over two bars and then repeated through out a verse. To date I have not been able to do this. Can anyone help?

1. Select bar 1 and 2 together in the Rhythm track.
2. Select Segment-Join to make a two-bar segment. Put your two bar rhythm in this.
3. Select the remainder of the Rhythm track and use Segment-Join to turn it all into a long segment. Make sure it is marked as a Repeat Segment.
4. Your two-bar rhythm should now be repeated across the rest of thre track.

When I select bar 1 and bar 2 I do not have the Segment-Join facility. It is not highlighted. When I select Repeat Segment everything disappears. It is driving me crazy. Can someone help here?
