how to get my bronze product key?

hi everyone, i'm really fresh in here the first time. i wonder how i'll get the product key, as i can't succeed in getting it from this website. thanks!

Sorry, we just moved the website to a new server, looks like this function was not installed properly.
Everything should be working OK now.

Sorry for the problem, we made some changes to the system last week and it broke the key-generation mechanism. Should be working OK now if you want to try again.

I was able to generate a product key, but after installation there was no place to enter this information so that I could access the program. Please advise.

I suspect you have not downloaded Songtrix Bronze, but one of the other editions. The Bronze will normally require the product key during installation.
