I have downloaded the UMC Behringer 404 HD driver which is 4.38... & Asio4all.org. I can hear other people, but they cannot hear me. The error message says that “no audio detected” even after I successfully go through the audio setup. I have 2 microphones & my guitar is plugged into port # 3.  The ports get changed from 1 & 2 for audio to none as I try to set up my interface.  Also, under “manage” the network settings are set to down throttle using WiFi.  I have never set up WiFi on this pc. I use an Ethernet chord.  . I change to peer to peer with the port # 1200 on my Windows pc, but the settings I chose are changed immediately to “down throttle. I have no idea what “down throttle “ means.  I tried changing my password & just had windows reinstalled on my Dell pc by Best Buy.  I would really appreciate help with this issue! Thanks! Cheri
