Introductions

Hey everyone, I am new to this forum and am looking forward to read and learn couple of tricks and ideas from you all here. I am trying to build music visually in the computer using computer soft wares, still looking to establish which one would be an ideal one for me to start with. hopefully some of you here can give some tips?
