Introductions

Hello Folks -I need a little help. I went ahead and signed up for the free bronze addition to see if this would be beneficial to me--I filled out up to the part that needed, the 24 characters to put in box so I could get the program downloaded --When I put the 24 characters in the boxes it came back as invalid. I copied the numbers from the E-mail they sent me. Now I cannot retrieve the 24 characters from the e-mail ,for some reason I lost them  Help please--  Corky
