Gregory, congratulations. I agree that traveling alone is hard enough for everyone. I would like to give my advice that if you are traveling alone, it is better to look for a car rental office somewhere at the airport right after your arrival and https://rental24.co.uk/cyprus/larnaca-airport
To feel more confident, it is better to travel by car in an unfamiliar city. For example, I am currently in Cyprus, I flew to the airport in Larnaca and immediately rented a car.
