I AM 73 YEARS OLD LEARNING TO PLAY THE SAXOPHONE AND AM TRYING TO GET A CLEARER UNDERSTANDING AND ABILITY TO PLAY CHORDS AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO RHYTHM.

You can incorporate your playing into chord/rythm process. Please, Open New Song. Make Style Swing 6 and Song Length 12 bars. Then insert a chord into a bar these chords / F/ Bb7/ F7/ F7/ Bb7/ Bb7/ F7/ D7/ G7/ C7/ and two chords into a bar/ F7 D7/ G7C7/. Now play the saxophone to the accompaniment. Then open NOW IS THE TIME in Publication mute melody and play like Charlie Parker and more! Now You are soloist of Juzz Band... See Dexterity also.
