Hello there i am senour citezen, I would love love love to learn play the piano, it is about 25 years i have been playing around with a keyboard, amater of fact i have 2keyboards{ a 7 octave GRAND keyboard, but i still cannot play.when i see people playing i can be so depress to the point my eyes get wet. i just don't understand music. trying to teach my self is not really a good idea. How i manage to discover chordwidzard network is becaue i type in google, '' What chords goes to gather in c major''
and there you were i was quite please and I did not hesitate about joining you, I hope that you can help. I use to study therory of music for piano but just can play, I would put down the keyboard in fustration after many hourswaisted. I use to spend about 3 to 4 hours practing scales perday but that never came to anything still can't play. things were so fustrated i use to practis reading music because i couldn't play and I stil can't play. hope you can help! thank you.

Hello W Dottin, I have also started Music program as a senior citizen. It may help if you "shop around" for an informal music school or community program that provides easy piano learning. There is a guy called Duane who used to give one-day workshops on playing piano by ear. He now sells his resources online. I am on his mailing list and can give you his contact e-mail.
