Introductions

Hi my name is Derek I'm 67 and I was in one of the many Liverpool bands of the sixties.  I'm retired now and I'm trying my hand at song writing.  I was a lead/rhythm guitarist in these bands and I'm a willing learner. I'm very pleased join this community.  I want to progress in my song writing both lyrical and composing and  I've only had the Songtrix silver for about a month now and I've improved a lot and I hope the I can learn from others and if in some way I can also contribute.
