Introductions

Greetings to all:
My concern at this point is to try and capture musical gifts of old, before I lost everything in my memory bank on how to play the piano. However, after not having played in several years, I recently purchased a keyboard and have been practicing, trying to get motivated to play, and write. I would then love to record what I hear in my head. So, any guidance that I could receive from anyone would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you everyone!
