Introductions

I am a musical instrument technologist.  I tune and repair pianos and string instruments.  I teach Maintenance and repairs of these instruments in at MUSON School of Music, Lagos Nigeria.

Problem with woodwind instruments such as flute and saxophone are very common since they are found almost in every chamber music in Lagos.  Saxes fall out of tune or some notes especially the lower ones do not sound.

Besides, there are no adequate instructional materials for teachers to use.  Class method teaching is degenerating gradually.
