The Title Pages page appears in the Printing Options property window.
In addition to the controls shown below, there are extra buttons which are common to all property windows.
It provides options for you to print a banner or a generated table of contents with your tutorials book. It is available only when All Tutorials is selected in the Tutorials page.
Controls

Specifies if you want a banner for the book. This is a box at the very start of the book, containing its title, and can be either of two styles.
A Header banner is a box at the top of the first page, just large enough to contain the title (and subtitle if selected).
A Full Page banner takes up the whole of the first page of the report and contains the title text as well as the How Music Works graphic.

Table of Contents

Columns
This dropdown list controls how many columns are used in your table of contents, within limits set by the size of the page and the topic headings.
The first option - Auto - will generally choose an appropriate number of columns.
Lines Between
When ticked, this option adds vertical lines between columns in your table of contents make a clear visual separation between them.
Leaders
This dropdown list selects what type of leaders are to be drawn between the topic headings and their page numbers. It can be either (none), Dot, Dash or Solid.
Hide Page Footer
This option appears twice, in both the Banner and Table of Contents areas. When ticked, it prevents the display of the page footer on those pages occupied by these sections of the report.
Break After
This option appears twice, in both the Banner and Table of Contents areas. It selects whether to have a page break after these sections of the report. There are three choices:
(none) - The next section will continue immediately after, without a page break. This is not available for the table of contents, which requires a page break.
Next Page - The next section will continue at the top of the next page.
Odd Page - The next section will continue at the top of the next odd page. This is useful when binding books, to ensure that the table of contents, or the first page of the main section begins on a right hand page.
Title
Displays the default title for the book, which is 'How Music Works'. When the Custom option is ticked, you can replace this with your own choice of title instead.
Reset
Resets all options on the page to their default settings.
