The Page Setup page appears in the Printing Options property window.
In addition to the controls shown below, there are extra buttons which are common to all property windows.
It allows you to adjust the page related settings such as paper size and orientation, margins and page footers.
Controls
Margins
These fields specify the margin measurements for the Top, Left, Bottom and Right edge of the page. They are all expressed in millimeters (mm).
The labels for each measurement vary depending on the Mirror Margins settings.
Mirror Margins
Instead of having the same margin settings for each page, you may wish to have the margins for alternate pages in mirror images of each other, for binding or stapling.
You can choose to Bind at the Left edge (like a regular book) in which case the Left and Right margin labels are marked Inside and Outside instead.
Or you can Bind at the Top edge (like a notebook) in which case the Top and Bottom margin labels are marked Inside and Outside instead.
Show Footer
Ticking this option shows the page footer, which is a single line of text appearing at bottom of each page. It has three areas, which can be customized to show different details as described below.
Line Above
Draws a line above the page footer, to clearly separate it from the main content of each page. Generally this is recommended.
Left
Center
Right
These dropdown lists specify what should appear in the Left, Center and Right areas of the page footer. You can select from the following options:
(none) - Leaves the footer area blank.
Title - Displays the title, as specified in the Title Pages settings.
Page Numbers - Displays the current page number and the total pages.
Print Setup
Opens the standard Print Setup window, allowing you adjust the Paper Size and Orientation, and select which Paper Tray to print from.
The current settings are indicated with text labels in the Print Setup area.
Reset
Resets all options on the page to their default settings.
