Print Preview shows you how your printed report will look before you print it. This makes it easy to see the effect of changing the wide range of Printing Options.
You can switch to Print Preview from the main workspace with the following command:
| Button | Menu |
| File-Preview Topic |
If a tutorial or the cover topic are selected in the Topic List, the menu command label (and button tool tip) will be Preview Tutorial or Preview All Tutorials instead.
In Print Preview the Tutorials Bar is replaced by the Preview Bar, which has buttons for moving between pages, zooming in and out, and changing options. There are also keystrokes you can use with the Preview Bar.
