The Preview Bar appears at the top of the workspace in Print Preview.

You can use the following keystrokes, instead of the mouse, to operate the buttons on the Preview Bar.

Keystrokes

Left
Shift+Tab

Moves the focus rectangle to the next available button on the left.

Right
Tab

Moves the focus rectangle to the next available button on the right.

Enter

Presses the button which currently has the focus rectangle.
