There are many different ways to get help with using ChordWizard.

Tool Tips

All graphical buttons in ChordWizard show a yellow label when you hover the mouse pointer over them.

The F1 Key

From any point in the ChordWizard workspace, or from a popup window, you can press the F1 key to be taken directly to the most relevant topic.

Help Buttons

Most popup windows in ChordWizard have a Help button which you can press, to be taken directly to the topic for the window.

The Help Menu

The Help Menu provides full access to ChordWizard Help.  Follow the How To menu to get step-by-step instructions on how to perform common tasks with ChordWizard.

Status Bar

When you move the mouse pointer over a menu item, or hold down a Tool Bar button, the text in the Status Bar gives a brief description of the action it performs.

Navigating Help

The ChordWizard Help window has its own toolbar with four useful buttons.

Back steps backward to the previous help topic you were viewing.

Forward returns to the help topic you were viewing before you pressed Back.

Print offers to print the current help topic or set of topics.

Show/Hide controls whether the navigation pane is visible.  This shows the structure of all topics in ChordWizard Help and allow you to select any help topic.
