There are many different ways to get help with using Songtrix.

Tool Tips

All graphical buttons show a tool tip label when the mouse pointer hovers over them for a couple of seconds.

The F1 Key

From the workspace, or from any popup window, you can press the F1 key to be taken directly to the most relevant help topic.

Help Buttons

Most popup windows have a Help button which you can press, to be taken directly to the help topic for that window.

Help Menu

The Help Menu provides full access to the features of Songtrix Help.

Status Bar

When you hover the mouse pointer over a menu item, the status bar gives a brief description of the operation it performs.

Navigating Help

The Songtrix Help window has its own toolbar with four useful buttons.

Back - steps backward to the previous help topic you were viewing.

Forward - returns to the help topic you were viewing before you pressed Back.

Print - offers to print the current help topic or set of topics. 

Show/Hide - controls whether the navigation pane is visible.  This shows the structure of the topics in Songtrix Help and allows you to select any help topic.
