The Network Options window appears from the workspace, using the Options-Network command.

It allows you to specify how you wish to login to the ChordWizard Network in Network View.

It is very similar in appearance to the Network Login window, and you may never need to use it, since your first successful login will automatically set these details.

However, it is needed for updating your login details, and also offers a couple of extra options.

Controls

Login Email

The email address assigned to your ChordWizard Network account.

Password

The current password for your ChordWizard Network account.  Each character you type is disguised as a dot for extra security.

Remember Password

Gives Songtrix permission to remember your password so you don't need to enter it from this computer next time you login.  This is convenient if the computer is in a secure location and only used by yourself or people you trust.

Be aware that enabling this feature effectively allows anyone with access to the computer to login and possibly misrepresent you on the ChordWizard Network.

If not ticked, the Password field is disabled, and you will need to manually enter your password each time you login with Network View.

Multiple Users

Indicates that this computer will be used by more than one ChordWizard Network member.

In this case, both the Login Email and Password fields are disabled, and users will need to manually enter both each time they login with Network View.

OK

Updates the settings and returns to the workspace.

Cancel

Closes the window and returns to the workspace without changing any settings.
