Hi....I just happened upon chord wizzard and songtrix...i am currently a saxophone student of 22 years, pretty much all on my own... currently i am attemting to compose and "play" my late brothers Eulogy.... he just passed, and was a professional keyboard player........i was trying to contact his favorite musical master Master STEVIE WONDER, to see if i cold get permission to use some of his work, since jeremiah so loved it, but don't have a clue hOW to get onto that kind of wild-goose-chase.....i think i would rather use my energy here.....i am studying intervals, chords and scales...i practice with a big-band with lots of brass...i prefer to play the music of 'LADY, BILLIE HOLIDAY' AND SARAH VAUGHAN...HAD THE PLEASURE TO MEET LADY DAY'S BASS PLAYER, MR MILT HINTON....HUMBLE AND UNASSUMING...SO, LET'S TALK MUSIC!!! RESPECTFLLY, darlene. P.S any body out there in love with Lady Day, sarah Vaughan, benny goodman and music of the big band era- 20's and 30's? would love to hear from you....
