 Fault Report
This form is to be used where our software has crashed and given you a specific error code to report. Usually it is easier to allow the error box to jump to this page and pass the fault details automatically. Note there are some required fields.
If you need general technical support, fill out a support request instead, or post a topic in one of the forums. You could also do a search in case a solution to your problem has already been posted.
To assist us in fixing this problem as soon as possible, could you please tell us a few details about your computer and what you were doing when the fault happened.
