Not sure if this is a bug or not, but the drop down box in the upper left of the mixer screen is blank. I think that was styles if memory serves? Haven't used it in a good while, but I attempted to and noticed the box blank.

Yes this is the styles box. If it's empty it may be because the styles folder is not set correctly, so Songtrix is not finding any.
Check Options-Workspace-General-Folders. It should be set to something like:
C:\Program Files\ChordWizard Songtrix Beta 3.0\Styles
