This feature on the menu when selected does not seem to do or display anything related to properties.

ChordWizard Support
It's active only in Segment View for Melodic, Rhythm or Drum tracks. It displays a properties table in the lower half of the screen, allowing you access to the properties of the selected musical events.
There is also a more convenient button on the Segment Bar for this.
